• Immediate contact of the owner upon discovery of any faults to prevent and minimise further damage and expense.

Payments are made on an annual basis, and will be required in advance upon signing of contract. Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer. Cash payments should be made in person; please do not send cash in the post. We are sure you will be happy with the quality of our management service.
