PREMIER PROPERTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• All tenants need to present 2 references prior to signing rental contract.
• One month deposit and first month rental to be paid at the signing of rental contract, plus 1 months administration fee payable to Premier Properties.
• Deposit will be returned at the end of the contract period if the property is left in acceptable condition.
• Utility bills are to be paid by tenant.
• All community and council taxes to be paid by owner.
